Responsibilities:

• As a central point to provide all round support to stores such as materials ordering and recording (stationary, sundries, shop bags, packaging materials…), materials transportation arrangement…etc
• Liaise with suppliers for materials sourcing and ordering
• Co-ordinate all maintenance works for stores
• Assist in the preparation of all events, shows and functions
• Provide general support to supervisors on day to day operation

Requirements:

• At least 2 years retail experience
• Experience in Store Administration support will be an advantage 
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Pro-active, creative and outgoing personality
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word
• Immediate available is highly preferred
