Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is expected to primarily lead the delivery of our talent and organization consulting projects for clients from various industries. This position will also be participating in business development activities as required. Specifically, the Consultant will be expected to:

  • Supports project managers and senior members of the team in the delivery of talent & organization consulting projects, such as Employee Engagement, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Strategy. Readily provides insights from analyses of client data collected.
  • Project manages smaller talent & organization projects for clients, guides team members to perform data analyses to support our deliverables. Develops and effectively manages project milestones, timelines, client presentation materials, resources and budgets.
  • Proactively understands clients’ human capital needs, leads or participates in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations and facilitates client workshops.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to junior members of the team as a role model
  • Acts as the subject matter expert on specific industries and solutions. Be ready to provide clients with helpful insights around, but not limited to, Talent Management, Executive Compensation, HR Effectiveness, Broad Based Compensation
  • Proactively supports the consulting team in peer review, brainstorm of solutions and various project tasks as needed
  • Supports marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, developing marketing materials, facilitating client sharing sessions and public speaking

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate with at least 5 years of project management-relevant working experience.
  • Experience working with as HR Consultant preferred
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
  • Relevant experience in business development, management consulting, human capital consulting preferred
  • Experience in leading a team is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs
