Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operation supports to the management
• Follow up the leasing issue with internal & external overseas companies
• Assist and conduct market research and analysis
• Prepare various sales & operational reports, etc
• Handle ad hoc assignment and special project

Requirements:

•   Degree holder in Business Administration, Property Management, or equivalent
•   1-2 years working experience in commercial leasing & management preferred
  
•   Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a plus
•   Good interpersonal & communication skill, meticulous, independent and well-organized
•   Proficiency in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
•   Fresh undergraduates may be considered as Assistant Property Officer
