You will

• Oversee the service policy, operation and development of the organization;
• Plan, develop and implement strategic service plans / projects that support service sustainability and development of new service initiatives;
• Manage the development and expansion of network with key donors; developing funding proposals, building donor support and stakeholders liaison to ensure financial sustainability for service development;
• Lead, manage, and develop high performance teams, and be a role model for Playright’s staff team;
• Participate in organization management, strategic planning and undertakes ad hoc projects or assignments as required

You should have

• Degree(s) in Management, Social Welfare or related disciplines;
• Ongoing professional development in technical, administrative and management areas;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in planning, coordinating and executing large scale pilot projects, and 5 years in a senior management position in children services, social service or education fields;  Experience in running non-subvented / self-financing services or social enterprise an advantage;
• Team player with strong leadership, able to exercise tack and discretion in all staff and customer interactions
• Strong analytical mind with good communication, influencing, negotiating and presentation skills;
• Excellent planning and organizational, supervisory and training skills;
• Computer literacy, and good command of written and spoken English;
