Responsibilities:

• To assist the organization in accomplishing the mission driven goals through enhancing and implementing human resources related strategies, policies and practices
• To nurture Talent Management, from recruitment to exit; staff training and development to attracting and motivating talents
• To manage staff retention through overseeing C & B, Performance and Reward system; to support the managers in supervisions and performance management
• Through operating the HRIS System, to manage the payroll, MPF and other day-to-day HR operations
• To nurture positive organizational culture and employee relations
• To supervise general administrative operations to ensure a smooth running of office management
• To provide secretarial support to the governance and other committees as assigned

 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR or related discipline
• At least 5 years related working experience
• NGO experience and good HRIS knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Word Processing
• Mature, good team player with good interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, positive thinking and able to deal with challenges
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Passion in working with children and NGO sector
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
