Brand Assistant (1-year contract)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to management and brand team, including stock replenishment, data input, facility booking, etc.
• Assist in coordinating marketing collaterals and sales related materials
• Handle correspondence and compile reports, prepare presentations, agendas and minutes, arrange meetings, etc.
• Prepare regular reports and data analysis to support
• Assist in ad-hoc projects from time to time

Qualifications & Requirements

• University graduate
• To be attentive to details, well organized with strong number sense
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• To be proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• To be willing to take up challenges
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is preferable
