What are your responsibilities?
- Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support to the senior management
- Responsible for the conference preparation, making minutes of the meeting and business cooperation memorandum for the general manager;
- Responsible for the text preparation, layout, review and release assigned by the general manager;
- Responsible for sending and receiving emails of general manager and the relevant functional departments and sorting files;
- Assisting the general manager to deal with the daily affairs of the company,and coordinating with various departments;
- Responsible for the communication and coordination of clerical work in companies of Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
What skills/qualification will you need?
- Full-time university bachelor and above, more than one year of work experience; talents of administrative, legal and other related specialities or with relevant work experience are preferred;
- English proficiency: CET-6 550 points, TEM-8 and above, or IELTS 6.0 points or more, or TOEFL 90 points or more;
- Good moral quality and strong sense of responsibility; responsible for keeping secret the work contents;
- Excellent IT processing capabilities, Word / Excel / PowerPoint processing abilities;
- Standard typing techniques, able to type 80 Chinese characters per minute and above;
