Prepare monthly attendance and leave report
Follow up the probation, contract renewal and internal memo etc
Handle medical insurance administration
Handle incoming resumes and arrange interviews with departments, recruitment advertisement posting
Look for new recruitment channels and coordinate recruitment programs and events, such as career talk, job fair
Perform clerical support for HR & Administration Department
Prepare check-in kit for new staff
Process, maintain and update company access for current employees
Maintain and update proper staff record
Handle other ad hoc projects or other assignments when required

Requirements:

Diploma or above in HRM or Business Administration
2 years relevant working experience
Well versed with the Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel skills & Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Can work independently and a good team player
Immediate available is preferred
