Job Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests and members as they arrive at the fitness studio
• Process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way
• Handles all guests and member requests or enquiries promptly and efficiently
• Performs cashiering functions efficiently
• Maintain and restock all consumables within the fitness studio
• Complete daily checklists as requested
• To ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle a part of operational issues effectively

Job Requirements

• HKDSEor above
• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience
• Good telephone and customer service manner
• Pleasant personality with well-groomed professional outlook
• Responsible, self-motivated and good team player
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Proficient in use of MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Work on shift is required
