Responsibilities:

• To cope with our rapid business development of the Company, Human Resources Department is expanding and looking for energetic and high caliber individuals to join our senior management team
• Report to the Chairman to achieve short and long-term objectives
• Drive new initiatives and develop strategic planning accordance with the fast moving business nature and corporate goals
• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions and activities including recruitment (e.g. large scale recruitment projects and formulate talent pipeline), compensation and benefits (e.g. bonus plans, market position, salary range design pay mix analysis), performance management, training and employee relationship
• Formulate and implement policies and procedures which support the rapid growth and expansion of the organization
• Prepare regular analysis reports to foster the achievements of KPIs and cost effectiveness
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
• At least 12 years all round HR experience with 5 years at managerial level gained in sizable organizations and experience in state-owned enterprise of China and fast moving business is a must
• Familiarized with local labour or related ordinances and legislations
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical ability in all-rounded HR functions
• Excellent business acumen, leadership, critical thinking, interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Proactive & able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good computer skill in Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
