Summary:

My client is one of the most established international law firm, they are seeking for a Corporate Secretary Supervisor to work closely with clients, and supervise a team of Assistants.

Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Head of Company Secretarial Department and be responsible for handling a full spectrum of corporate services to the firm and clients, which includes:

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters independently for portfolio of clients including offshore listed/private companies,
• Supervise daily operations
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
• Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met
• Coaching and developing direct reports
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate member of ICSA/HKIC
• At least 7-8 years of company secretary experience in legal or company service firms
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and spoken Mandarin would be a plus
• Knowledge on various jurisdictions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised and good problem solving skills
