We are currently hiring one candidate for our Tsim Sha Tsui Centre 

Responsibilities:

-  Be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing customer service, administration and reception duties.

- Perform general duties assisted by Part-time receptionist, e.g. greet visitor, handle and pick up incoming call/ fax, coordinate mailing and courier service etc.

- Update monthly client reports and assist in book-keeping accounts

- Manage procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery, and supplies

- Supervise contractors to maintain neatness and cleanliness of reception and public areas

- Support Centre Manager in the centre daily operation and marketing activities

- Provide support in ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

- Secondary school graduate, preferably with High Diploma or above

- Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

- Proficient in MS Excel, Words, Power Point and Chinese word-processing

- Positive, self-initiative, willing-to-learn attitude with good team spirit

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduate will also be considered

- Immediate availability is highly preferred
