Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
- Support in payroll and benefits administration
- Support leave administration and attendance records maintenance
- Support training and recruitment functions
- Maintain HR system and staff records
- Assist in ad hoc projects and new HR initiatives when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 1 year of Human Resources related experience is preferred;
- Basic concept of HK Labour Ordinance, MPF regulations and Taxation regulations
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
