A leading beauty group is currently seeking Senior Administrative / Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description

• Manage and monitor the daily operations & administration of the Company’s beauty centers & the office
• Track & monitor the Beauty POS system daily to ensure the data is correct
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures & systems and devising ways to streamline the processes
• Offer constructive suggestions for company’s improvement & for problem solving
• Prepare regular performance reports for management
• Generate reports & analyze data from Beauty POS / SAP /ERP system
• Closely liaise with Beauty POS system vendor to maintain smooth system operation
• Directly report to CEO

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Business Administration Management, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Over 10 years’ working experience with at least 6 years at managerial level in Health, Beauty or Cosmetics group management
• Strong leadership, good strategic and analytical ability in Sizable Company
• Well organized with excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good Team Player with ability to work independently with leadership, diplomacy, effective coordinating skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
