Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clinical & research activities, and training course admission & enrollment;
  • Assist in managing the membership information and records;
  • Assist in event management and programme promotions; 
  • Assist in the maintenance of effective record keeping and filing systems;

 

Requirements:

  • Posses a Bachelor's Degree (Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma will also be considered) with at least one year's work experience in NGOs or tertiary institutions;
  • Proficiency in PC application, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Willing to work shifts if necessary, including weekday evenings (till 9:30pm) and Saturdays (5:30pm)
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
  • Good team player and good communication skills
