Our client is a well-known Italian luxury brand in Hong Kong. They are now looking for the high calibre to join their HR team

Responsibilities:

• Monitor on payroll calculations and regular reports for the responsible countries- HK, Macau, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia 
• Provide assistance to employee queries on C&B related matters
• Assist on employee compensation and benefits at regional level, such as social security contribution, medical insurance, employee discount etc
• Assist in consolidating regional regular reports, budgeting and data analysis
• Maintain accurate employees related records
• Collaborate with regional HR colleagues to maintain a smooth operation of HRIS system
• Support data submission for compensation surveys
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant hands-on experience in C&B;
• Well versed of HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
• Regional exposures is highly preferred;
• Well-organized with numerical sense and excellent analytical skills, flexible and able to work multi-tasks independently;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficient in Excel and other MS office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
