Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round office administration supports to ensure a smooth daily operation;
• Response to customer incoming calls and enquiry;
• Maintain and update our clients database;
• Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for occasional events, such as football competition and training
• Support the team to co-ordinate and organize activities;
• Assist the senior management in arranging schedules and meetings
• Outdoor work and overtime may be required;

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or other related disciplines with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook;
• Mature, detail minded with good common sense and a "Can Do" attitude;
• Knowledge in football will be a definite advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
