Responsibilities:

• Responsible for SO/PO processing and placing PO
• Expedite order deliveries
• Maintain excellent records for all sales and vendor activities
• Provide support to Sales operation process flow
• Management of sales orders activities
• Review, analyze and evaluate vendors to identify areas to maximize efficiencies, enhance benefits or optimize costs

Requirements: 

• Post-Secondary graduate, formal training in purchasing and supply is advantageous
• Knowledge in sales, purchasing and supply chain cycle
• Self-motivated, organized, independent and meticulous.
• Good understanding of the general PC products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, Power Point, Excel and V-look up
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Short term contract with potential extension
