Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to expand our team because of the growing business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monthly payroll & MPF contributions
- Staff on-boarding and exit handling
- Manage employment contract extension
- Annual employer tax return
- Leave management
- Administer regional & local insurances (e.g. Group Medical, EC)
- Point of escalation of HR issue
- Assist in staff event management and organize team building activities
- Handle ad-hoc HR tasks
- Responsible for compliance administration
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
- Willing to learn, humble and positive thinking
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
