Job Description
Key Objectives
- Process purchase orders to suppliers
- Keep track of all sales orders and follow up delivery with suppliers
- Update shipment information to the computer system
- Handle retail orders of PRC and provide other clerical support
- Communicate with internal departments on delivery schedules and stock figures
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales administration
- Good computer operating skills, especially in MS Office
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Meticulous and assertive with sound communication skills
