Key Objectives

• Process purchase orders to suppliers
• Keep track of all sales orders and follow up delivery with suppliers
• Update shipment information to the computer system
• Handle retail orders of PRC and provide other clerical support
• Communicate with internal departments on delivery schedules and stock figures
  
  

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales administration
• Good computer operating skills, especially in MS Office
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Meticulous and assertive with sound communication skills
