Job Description

- Perform general receptionist duties including answering incoming calls and queries, guests greeting and handling in/out-coming documents

- Provide secretarial / administrative supports including daily correspondence and emails

- Arrange conference rooms reservation and scheduling; office stationary procurements and maintainence

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by seniors

 

Requirements

- High Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

- 2 years or above receptionist / administrative / secretarial experience preferably in Banking / Finance industry

- Positive working attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills 

- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English ; Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage

- Proficiency of computer skills (MS Office)
