Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Involve in full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, staffing, payroll, taxation, MPF, staff insurance and performance management
  • Handle recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, etc.
  • Conduct staff orientation for new hires and exit staff off-boarding
  • Handle HR budgeting, reporting, organization charts update and analysis
  • Participate in organizing employee relations programs, including newsletter, annual dinner, other company meetings and events 
  • Support the implementation of ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial field
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong tax ordinance
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Self-initiative, strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
