We are looking for a friendly and energetic person with a heart to serve a NGO to assist in clerical, administrative and logistical support for our classes and children. Strong administrative, communication skill, interpersonal skill and good command of both written spoken English and Chinese are required. Flexible working hours.

Major Responsibilities

l  Handle general office administrative duties;

l  Data entry and general clerk duties and

l  Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

l  Form 6 (DSE) or above with at least clerical / administration experience;

l  Fresh graduate with enthusiasm will also be considered;

l  Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint);

l  Attention to details, able to work independently, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and capable to work under pressure;

l  Good communication and interpersonal skills;

l  Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and

l  A fast learner with high flexibility.
