Our client, a Government Department, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Responsibilities:-

• Prepare orders/ letter of acceptance with the Contractors
• Follow up outstanding orders, monitor the progress of quotations/ tenders/ contracts and bring up files for renewal of contracts
• Consolidate the return of the purchase requisitions
• Draft and prepare quotations/ tenders documents/ price summaries/ correspondence in purchase matters

Requirements:-

• Diploma graduates or above, preferable major in Logistics / Supply Chain management, having at least one year of working experience in the purchasing management field
• Level 2 or equivalent or above in for 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language & Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent
• Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language & Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent
• Knowledge in Chinese word processing and English word processing and common business software including Microsoft Word and Excel)
