• Degree holder or above, major in HRM or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years solid experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, preferably in sizeable non-government organization and knowledge of government subvention
• Substantial management experience in handling all-rounded HR functions
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and liaising skills, strong analytical mind and well organized
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less than 7 years experience will be considered for Assistant Human Resources Manager
