Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Maintain all office-related files and records
  • Prepare meeting minutes, memos and comprehensive reports to the managers and the team
  • Liaise with different internal business units and external service providers
  • Prepare marketing materials.
  • Assist in implementing marketing related activities.
  • Provide support to marketing events and promotions.
  •  

Job requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably in related fields.
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese also required.
  • Good PC skills in MS Office.
  • Able to work under pressure & independently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  •  We will also consider candidate with more Admin/ eMarketing experiences as a Administrative & Marketing Officer.
