Job purpose

To set-up, drive and deliver the marketing and communications strategy for the complete group which incorporates lettings and management and mortgage finance teams both locally and internationally.

Job Holder Profile

Candidates should have an established background covering a multitude of disciplines from print & online advertising, internal and external marketing communications to content, design and production of marketing materials.

Strategic thinkers and effective implementers motivated by the challenge of taking the complete group to new heights, they will bring to the role the capacity to handle working in a high-pressured sales environment.

Responsibilities

• To write, design and produce marketing collateral, presentations and proposals
• Group website management including online content, SEO and e-marketing
• Maintain and promote the Platinum Club Programme including event management
• Devise and deliver internal and external communications
• Research and maintain meaningful competitor and market intelligence for commercial purposes
• Collaborate with IP Global counterparts for mutual outcomes

Requirements

• Capable of being both strategic and hands-on
• Demonstrable experience in delivering successful off and online marketing
• Able to cover multiple disciplines
• CRM system knowledge
• Excellent organizational abilities within a time-pressured environment
• Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively with daily decision making and problem solving
• Enthusiastic, proactive, driven outlook
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a Real Estate environment and/or an SME is advantageous
• Degree educated advantageous
