Responsibilities:

• Support commercial sales on account servicing, price quotation, payment settlement, and follow up with customers on credit or billing issues
• Provide professional customer services to clients, handle general enquiries and follow up
• Assist Commercial Manager on report preparation and new business research
• Provide assistance on relationship building events
• Handle all clerical and administrative support for the department
• Assist in any other errands, ad-hoc projects or other assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience, account servicing experience is definitely an advantage; fresh graduated will also be considered
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize, able to work under pressure and manage tight schedule
• Attention to details, comfortable with numbers, presentable, able to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Good writing skill in handling correspondence, and customer’s letter in both English and Chinese
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Work Location: Tsing Yi (Free shuttle bus is provided)
