Job Responsibilities:

Responsible in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administration policies to support business needs

Perform all-round HR functions including payroll, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefit administration, training & development and employee relationship etc.

Prepare various HR reports, data analysis, and maintain the accuracy of related records

Manages the provision of office facilities and services (office supplies, printing & stationery, fixture & furniture, telecommunication, mailing, office hygiene & cleaning, security & safety) through vendors, co-ordinates the purchase/repair activities, handle payments and record maintenance 

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline

At least 5 years relevant experience 

Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations

Multi-tasking and able to prioritize and complete the tasks timely

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
