Responsibilities:

• Provide overall administrative support to the department head and his team members
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, video conferences, luncheons and meetings with clients, etc.
• Prepare presentation materials, reports and tenancy documents
• Handle filing and various office administration duties for the department
• Handle other duties such as leasing negotiation, meeting with existing and potential tenants, etc, as and when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience, preferably with leasing exposure
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
• Good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule and multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
