Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner for designated departments to provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc.
• Maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders and external parties, proactively deploy effective recruitment strategies and explore new channels to cope with business expansion 
• Prepare HR reports and analyses for management review
• Assist in the implementation of Human Resources policies and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in HRM or related disciplines
• 3-5 years’ solid Human Resources experience, with practical regional exposure gained from MNCs will be an advantage
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment and other related legislations
• Strong numerical sense, logical with good analytical skill
• Strong team spirit with positive learning attitude, multi-tasking and be able to work under a fast-paced environment
• Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications especially Excel
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Resourcing Officer
• Candidate of available immediately is highly preferred
