Responsibilities

• Involve in full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, staffing, compensation & benefits, staff development and performance management
• Handle recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, etc.
• Onboarding and off-boarding
• Handle payroll and prepare various HR reports
• Handle departmental budgeting
• Participate in organizing employee relations programs, including company newsletter, annual dinner, other company meetings and events 
• Handle daily HR administrative duties and support the implementation of ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial field
• Experience in budgeting is required
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Self-initiative, strong sense of urgency and accountability
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
