Job Description
Responsibilities
- Involve in full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, staffing, compensation & benefits, staff development and performance management
- Handle recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, etc.
- Onboarding and off-boarding
- Handle payroll and prepare various HR reports
- Handle departmental budgeting
- Participate in organizing employee relations programs, including company newsletter, annual dinner, other company meetings and events

Handle daily HR administrative duties and support the implementation of ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial field
- Experience in budgeting is required
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Self-initiative, strong sense of urgency and accountability
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
