Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical and logistical support to the General Office of the School
- Handle enquiries of teachers, students and parents, and provide necessary support to the parties concerned
- Assist in the organization of school events
- Maintain and manage school records in an organized manner
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in the HKCEE/HKDSE, including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language
- 1-2 years relevant working experience preferably with the education sector
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, able to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility
Commencement date for work: 20 Aug 2018

Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
