Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support ranges of administrative work
- Handle full spectrum of office administrative operations
- Maintain records and documents filling systematically
- Coordinate with external and internal parties
- Assist in various ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year relevant work experience preferably in cinema or retail operation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Stable, willing to learn, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing
