Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls, greeting customers/visitors including serving tea
• Responsible for up keeping well of conference rooms, reception counter and general area
• In-charge of outgoing postage, local courier & overseas courier.
• Responsible for arrangement of repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Responsible for all general office administration duties including purchasing of stationeries/office general equipment
• In-charge of air-ticket and hotel booking and any other ad hoc clerical duties.
• Provide clerical support to HR and Marketing Department including office/marketing items purchasing, product images photo taking and social media development.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1-2 years working experience in office administration and secretarial functions.
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
• Pleasant, punctual and patient at work
• High initiative, independent and proactive
• Willing to work under pressure and work in a flexible manner in a changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
