Job Description
The vacancy is for a maternity leave replacement, contract will be completed on 30-Sept-2018. We offer a contract gratuity for candidate who complete 3-months employment service.
The role of the position:
- Distribute Incoming Fax
- Arrange Local Courier
- Handle Tender and Invitation to Quote Registry
- Issue Sales Order & Invoicing Entry
- Handle Scanning and Filing Jobs
- Handle Accounts Receivable Entry
- Record and Issue Delivery Note and Sales Activities Log
- Other ad hoc duties
Your Talent:
- Form 5 or Above;
- Minimum of 3 Years' working experience in related field;
- Fast Learner;
- Good communication skills & telephone manner;
- Good Cantonese & Mandarin Speaking
