Role and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Executive Director
• Manage Executive Director's daily schedule of appointments and meetings
• Administer travel arrangement and hotel accommodations
• Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally in tight schedule
• Supervise drivers and handle personal affairs
• Perform special and ad hoc assignments

Qualifications and Required Attributes

• Diploma / Degree holder with formal secretarial training or business administrative program is preferred
• At least 5 years of executive assistant experience in serving top executives
• Self-motivated, independent, energetic, well organized, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficient in with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
