Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of human resources support including but not limited to recruitment, payroll administration, taxation, compensation & benefits, performance management & employees relations.
• Responsible for payroll calculation and monitoring staff attendance record
• Maintain personnel records and update system data
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies
• Prepare various HR management reports as requested

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resources fields, preferably in service industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
• Experience with HR system will be preferred.
• Detail Mind 
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations/ ordinances
• Good team player with positive work attitude and well-organized
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with internal and external parties
• Immediately available preferred

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
