Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff attendance record, payroll calculation & staff information update
  • Assist to coordinate various vendors for purchases of office stationery / resources, marketing & office equipment items
  • Communicate & liaise with retail shop staff
  • General office administration duties
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1 year clerical experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese/English word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
