Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Design team to develop and issue (including typing, consolidating, liaising and filing) necessary specifications, schedules and material references;
• To assist Designer to produce sample boards, approve colours, finishes, materials required to implement the design/decorating intent is maintained;
• Liaison with Suppliers for Interior Design materials;
• Organize and maintain the FF&E library with support from suppliers;
• Knowledge in interior finishes and in sizes, proportions and fabrication of furnishings;
• Possesses knowledge of local / overseas suppliers and manufacturers;
• Awareness and keen interest in global design trends for interiors and hospitality;
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as requested;
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• 3 years working experience, preferably in Interior Design or Architectural firm;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
• Good typing skills in English and Chinese, familiar with MS office application, such as Word, Excel, and other software with operational knowledge is an advantage;
• Pleasant personality with positive working attitude, willing to learn and be a good team player;
• Good organization, communication and presentation skills, self-motivated and be able to meet deadlines;
• Attentive, well organized and responsible;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
