Human Resources & Administration Department – Hong Kong

Report to: Deputy Manager, HR/Administration – Region Asia Pacific



Job Description:

  • Assist the Regional Manager, HR/Administration, QMEM & Compliance in implementing all training and people development activities
  • Focal point person to oversee and administrate the timely updates, accuracy and integrity of employee data of area offices of RAP in the SAP HCM system at all times
  • Conduct periodic data trend analyses and reports of HR staff head counts and personnel costs, i.e., staff turnover rate, staff redundancy rate, overtime costs, market salary ranges for benchmarking purposes
  • Administer staff training records and CPD updates on continual basis
  • Organize and coordinate the periodic in-house Lunch & Learn Workshops
  • Support the Senior HR Officer with monthly payroll administration and draft employment contracts for regional offices
  • Support the Regional Manager, HR/Administration, QMEM & Compliance with ad-hoc special projects on an as needed basis
  • Coordinate and conduct new staff orientation / induction programs and QMEM training workshops.
  • Assist the Deputy Manager, HR Service & Administration to coordinate the updates and administration of all WBT assignments on [email protected] platform including GLOBE training assignments for all offices of RAP



Qualifications:

  • Degree holder or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • SAP HCM System hands on experience preferred but not required
  • Hands on experience with Payroll/HR System preferred but not required
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, responsible, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good organization and communication skills
