Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Top Management
• Organize the meeting, conference and schedule appointment
• Travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements
• Manage phone calls, emails and correspondences and maintain records
• Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents as required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years’ secretary experience by serving senior management, preferably with financial institution
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized, detail-minded, efficient, able to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable
• Working Period : 4 Months
