Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support in general office administration e.g. office supply ordering
  • Organise and maintain office facilities
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support e.g. calendar management, travel arrangement
  • Perform receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors
  • Handle daily paperwork and maintain a proper filing system
  • Liaise with vendor, handling quotation etc. 
  • Act as coordinator between different office
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by director

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 1-3 years office administration experience
  • Good greeting manner, presentable and detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin, Japanese is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to work independently and efficiently under tight schedule
  • Fresh graduate is also welcomed
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
