Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle full set of shipping, L/C documents for both import and export.
• Follow up shipping schedule and documentation requirement with factory, forwarders and transportation companies.
• Prepare commercial invoice & packing list and other related documents for shipments.
• Liaise with factories, forwarders and overseas customers for shipment arrangement independently.
• Assist in general office administration duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or Diploma or above.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in shipping operation of manufacturing field is preferred.
• Knowledge in I/E procedures of well-known US-based companies such as Walmart’s Target’s, Dollar General’s...... etc, is preferred.
• Capable of handling full set of I/E documents and L/C banking documents.
• Able to work independently is a must.
• Good PC knowledge, MS Office Excel & Word / Chinese Word Processing.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Able to work under tight schedule.
