Responsibilities :

• Handle routine accounting duties
• Responsible for input invoice (AP and / or AR) and prepare vouchers
• Debt collection from local and overseas customers
• Liaise with regional offices on payment request
• Prepare aging reports and accounting schedules
• Preform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement :

• LCCI Higher or above holder
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge in accounting software / MYOB
• Good commend of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Self-motivated, willing to take up responsibilities, able to work under pressure
  
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Accounts Clerk
