Job Description

1. Develop and manage Investor Relations, Corporate Public Relations, Communications and Image Strategies/ Programs;
2. Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare press release, annual report, presentations, and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and reporters;
3. Design and execute an active Investor Relations programs to deliver the Company's key messages to the finance community;
4. Leads on layouts and design and which stories and photos get published through social platforms;
5. Establish and maintain favorable two-way communication relationship with   the mainstream financial media, prevent and manage PR crisis in the capital market;
6. In-depth understanding of the company's development strategy, follow-up and analysis of the business of its overseas subsidiaries;

Expected Skills and Experiences

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in financial media, public relations, finance and related fields;
2. More than three years’ work experience in listed company, financial institution, finance services, financial media, social platform or PR Agency with experience in writing , branding and event hosting;
3. Excellent skills in MS office software, including Excel / PPT / Word;
4. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
5. In-depth understanding about the Internet industry is preferred.
