Responsibilities:                                                      

• To handle daily accounting operation, assist in overseeing and preparing month end accounts closing and consolidation, financial and management report, forecast and financial analyst;
• To liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters;
• To work closely with the finance team of PRC subsidiaries to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely;
• To supervise and provide guidance to subordinates on daily operations and to help the team in solving work related issues;
• To handle tax issue for HK and PRC,
• To conduct the internal control procedure in our subsidiaries,
• To assist implementation of ERP system,
• To handle ad hoc assignment as requested.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance or Accounting with professional accounting qualification;
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience, with audit background and listed company’s experience is preferred;
• Experience on PRC accounting matters is highly preferred;
• Hands-on experience in consolidated financial statements with tight deadline;
• Strong analytical mind and good business sense, understanding in GAAP and HKFRS;
• Out-going, independent, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work under pressure;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Occasional travel to PRC is required;
• Immediately available will be an advantage.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Chief Accountant.
