Job Description:

• According to the lending policy, soliciting quality property mortgage loan businesses and lead a sales team to achieve sales target
• To build partnership and liaise with quality property agents and financial vendors to achieve business network
• To manage sales teams’ performance by performing sales figure analysis, monitoring on-site promotion and preparing reports regularly for the Management’s review
• To explore and identify new business opportunity in mortgage market and recommend corresponding sales strategies to increase sales revenue  
• To ensure all operation procedures, workflows and selling guidelines are in compliance with the Company’s requirements
• To provide market update on competitors’ offers and market environment
• To facilitate communications between the sales team and internal supporting teams
• Provide coaching and sales supports to team members
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder or higher qualifications
• At least 8 years’ experience in mortgage loan development business and have sold experience of managing sales teams to meet sales goals a must.  Experience in banking, finance, property industry is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Aggressive, proactive and outgoing personality
• Proficiency in using MS Office application (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
