Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationships with existing client via phone calls, based on our client list;
• Provide excellent advise to both existing and potential clients;
• Participate in marketing activities and cross-sell other services of the group to explore business opportunities;
• Conduct credit and service review regularly to ensure excellent service standard.

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above, Fresh Graduates will also be considered;
• Good telephone manner with strong communications and problem-solving skill;
• Good knowledge of securities, futures and commodities trading/ dealing is an advantage;
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus;
• On Shift duty will be required (8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m./ 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.).

• 具有股票、期貨、外匯及貴金屬交易知識更佳
• 良好粵語、英語及普通話溝通及中英文寫作能力
• 需輪班工作 (8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m./ 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
