To be qualified for the captioned positions, the candidate should have the following elements :

• Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business or related Disciplines
• Over 10 years of experience in corporate finance with proven track records
• Candidates with working experience in reputable investment banks, commercial banks, financial institutes and listed companies will be helpful
• Competent in performing M&A, due diligence, trade finance, project finance, asset management, fund raising, deal negotiation and other corporate finance activities
• Good connections with commercial banks, investment banks, investors and other corporate finance related parties
• Sound knowledge of compliance of the associated corporate finance rules and regulations
• Understand the business cultures in Hong Kong, China and Asia
• Have strong determination and persistence to achieve the business objectives of the company
• Able to liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties effectively
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
